Hello and happy thirsty Thursday to ya. I'm happy to report that mom and baby Brody are home and doing great. He even slept for 3 straight hours for her last night. I didn't think I'd see them again until they were home for a couple of days as I know what it's like when you have gone through all that and I didn't want to bother them. However they called last night and asked us if we could take Jon's sister to the airport for her flight back to Denver so we got to see the baby anyway when we went to pick her up . I got to give him lots of butterfly kisses. Today he has a to see the Doctor because he's a little jaundiced and she wants to have him checked by her own pediatrician. If I'm a lucky grandma they'll stop here after the doctors since it's only 5 minutes from us.

I felt bad for Jon's sister. She cried when we left their house. I'm sure it's on her mind that when she leaves she's aware that this could be the last time she see's her mom. Too be honest, I am really surprised that her mom is still with us. She has so much wrong with her and has come close so many times but always rallies back. She's a tough old girl. It has to be hard living so far away and have to rely on telephone calls. You always feel better when you can see for yourself and not have to depend on what someone is telling you.

My sister got some bad news yesterday. After the flood we had we were all told to have our water tested. Well she did and hers came back bad. They said it's not real bad but it would be unfit for infants. You won't believe what she has to go through now to treat it. She has to take the well cap off and pour 2 gallons of bleach down the well. Then hook up a hose and let it run out side for 12 hours until she can smell bleach coming out of the hose. During that 12 hours she can't run any water at all or even flush the toilet. After that she has to hook up two hoses and do something. Probably to flush it out. I can't remember all the steps she has to take but it's going to be a mess. Our brother-in-law and his brother told her they would take care of it for her. We had ours tested and it came back ok but now I'm wondering if we did it too soon and should have it tested again.

You know, that's the best part of having family living so close. We all know that if we need help with something it just takes a phone call and help arrives. And it's really nice when someone knows how when you don't lol. We find that a lot at our house. Bill just isn't a Mr. fix-it kind of guy. He's more like Tim the Tool Man, who tries but never gets it quite right lol. But I love him anyway and thank God I have family who knows how to do things. And Jodi being single is as grateful as we are.

I guess I better get busy. Since it's thirsty Thursday I want to have a easy meal to fix so I'm not late. I hate to miss out on anything ya know . So I better to scope out the freezer and see what's in there that can be nuked lol.

She keeps pretty busy with the 2 or 3 jobs she has and her lovely family. She loves spending time on the beach collecting sea glass and just enjoying the waves as they come ashore. Queen of the Castle, Beth lives in Georgia and you can't find a nicer person anywhere. She is the most generous, caring, loving and giving person you will ever meet. Who also happens to be my cyber daughter. She is a scrapaholic and makes the most beautiful scrapbooks in the world. She will give you the shirt off her back if she thinks you need it without asking you why. Her adoring husband Jack and her 3 wonderful and adorable children, Kyle, Kevin and Kaley, are her life who she loves more then anything in the world. They are a wonderful loving family. She has a menagerie of pets which includes 5 cats a bird named Tebow and now a pond with an array of fish. If she sees a stray animal anywhere she wants to bring them home with her. Her sense of humor is infectious and you can't help but love her.

Next I want to nominate Linda who is another special blogging buddy. In fact we adopted each other as cyber sisters. Linda is just a sweetheart through and through. She lives in Indiana but loves to be a snowbird in the winter and heads for Florida. She has 2 children who she is very proud of and adorable granddaughters. She loves being grandma more then anything else she can think of nothing else that can make her any happier. Linda and her hubby E.J. try to stay as active as they can and enjoy bike riding, going to the Y and swimming among other things. On top of that, they adore each other.

Of course I can't leave out my real sister Terry. She's my big sister and I love her to death. She recently retired and is enjoying herself immensely. She also started to scrapbook and is loving it. Terry and Jack have been happily married for 45 years and have 4 beautiful and wonderful children. And those children have given them 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson. Like all of us grandma's she loves being grandma the best of all. They like to go camping with the family and spending as much time with them as they can. She's a huge Green Bay Packer fan along with the rest of us sisters lol. But her favorite thing is watching the grandkids at their sports events.

And then there's my cyber daughter Cathy. Cathy lives in Florida with her hubby and son Cory. Talk about a sense of humor, you can't beat this girl. I'm honored that she calls me ma too along with Beth. They have more fun then anyone I know. She loves going to concerts and loves to have friends over for a get-together as often as they can and traveling is another of her favorite things. She is always doing something fun it seems. Her parents and sister also lives in Georgia and she tries to go visit as often as she can. She's also a cat person but has dogs for pets as well and loves them like they are her own kids. She's a wonderful mom and wife and will do anything for her family. She's one of a kind and you gotta love her.

I have to nominate Toodie. Now she is one talented and smart and charming lady. I don't think there is anything she can't do. She lives in Missouri now but is originally from Wisconsin. She loves to make wood crafts and does wonderful things. She has a craft store there and online too if you'd like to check it out. Her family is her heart, you can tell that from her blogs when she writes about them. She has a wonderful sense of humor and I love the way she writes in her blogs. She's original and that is what makes her so special.

Then there's Ramblin on. She's one unique women in her own right. Her writing style is so entertaining and her wit is so enjoyable and charming. She has 3 sons who she adores and who she spends quite a lot of time with. Miss Catt is her roomy and one of her best friends, if not thee best. I believe she's retired from the Military or at least she worked on a military base as a civilian and has wonderful stories of when she was there. She's one of my favorites too and a must read.

I also have to include Sara who is the sweetest young girl you will ever meet. She's only 19 and I enjoy witnessing her zest for life. She loves to write poetry and is very good at it. She has a beautiful smile and her eyes just sparkle. She loves being by the water and loves to spend time at the lake. One of her favorite pastimes is watching movies along with taking nice long walks. She will be starting college in the fall and is looking forward to this new experience. I wish her all the luck in the world and hope all of her dreams come true.

She went to the hospital at 3:30 yesterday afternoon. Everything was going pretty well until around 1 in the morning. His heartbeat started getting really erratic and then started dropping way low. They rushed her into surgery to do a c-section but then he settled down and his heart rate came back up. But then the doctors said it would drop again and it did that  3 or 4 times, it would drop then come back. So it was pretty tense for awhile there but she did end up having him normally but with the doctors help. He looks great and his apgar score was 8 so he's one beautiful baby boy. When grandpa and I left they were all sleeping and doing terrific.

I really like the way the hospital runs their birthing unit. Each patient has their own nurse the entire time they are there. She stays right in the room with you at all times until you leave. They were wonderful and I couldn't be happier.

Josh and Devan were so good there and are so proud of their new brother. I have to tell you that Josh is really close to his mom. He didn't want to leave her side and when they took her to surgery he stood by the door practically for the whole time. He cried and couldn't understand why he couldn't be there with her. When they came back to her room he ran to her and cried with joy. He said he isn't leaving the hospital until she does. Poor little guy, he's a worrier. But I am so proud of them! They were so well behaved up there and couldn't do enough to help their mom. Devan even helped give him his bath and she loved it!!! I will put the other pics I took in the album.

Now they told her she might not get in today at all. So we might not have a baby today afterall.

Baby update: Since they are inducing they told her to call the hospital to make sure they aren't busy with other mom's coming in. She called at 5:30 and they told her to call back at 8. Now they told her they will call her in an hour or 2. Darn it! I was so hoping this wouldn't happend and we'd have a baby by noon. So we're still  home and just waiting for the ok to go.

We had a great day today. We laughed and played games and just had fun. Of course when Devan's mom showed up she didn't want to go and cried a little until we reminded her that she was going to have a new baby brother tomorrow. We didn't have time to make any scrapbook pages before Devan had to go home. I thought they'd come to get her around 4 but she showed up at 2. Josh had to get to his trombone lessons at 3 so they had to leave right away. They were singing and dancing and doing this little cheer that I thought was so cute so of course I had to take video of it. Future Green Bay Packer cheerleaders here.

Oh, we did make chocolate chip cookies and I even saved some for you so feel free to help yourself. If your wondering why some are white and some are darker there's a perfectly good explanation for that. It's because I forgot to add the brown sugar in the first batch lol. But hey they taste pretty darn good anyway. They taste like a sugar cookie with chocolate chips in them. I think I've created a new recipe lol.  should be on the food network   But the most important thing is the girls had fun making them. You know of course we have to take turns adding the ingredients.

If it calls for two  cups of sugar one does one cup and the other does the second one. Their favorite part is breaking the eggs and that part is the scariest for me lol, but they did good. Bri always has to take some home to her brother and her dad. Dad loves cookies she says lol. Oh and of course their very favorite thing to do is to get to lick the beaters. Isn't that always the best part about baking! So anyway, we had a good time and they had fun too. Not sure who had the most fun though lol. I will have the boys over in a week or so. Eric tried to pin me down to a day lol. He likes to plan things out so he knows for sure lol. But I couldn't tell him for sure just when. Hopefully next week after I get the painting done.

Ok. I'm off too bed so I can get up bright and early and go to the hospital to wait for our new baby. I will get on here the minute I walk in the door with pictures to show off and to do some bragging lol. Or should I say to do some MORE bragging lol. Hey, I'm a grandma and that's my job hehe. And I believe in doing the best job I can . I know I'll be burning up the wires the minute he's here to let everyone know. Needless to say I'm a little nervous It's one of those things where you wish you could do it for them. You hate to see your kids in pain and we all know what labor pains are like. She does good though and doesn't want any kind of meds at all. So I hope it goes fast. Ok, I'm going to bed, I only hope I can sleep .

Yesterday when they brought the girls down Josh brought his trombone that he's learning to play. So I thought I'd give it a try to see if I could get any sound out of it. Well, I huffed and I puffed and I blew my head off lol. Let me tell you, it's not easy getting a sound out of those things. I even had to have Josh show me how to hold it. I was confused lol. I've never played an instrument of any kind in my life. Terry use to play the accordion for awhile but I think she's the only one who tried any thing like that. I had a chord organ when I was a kid that I got for Christmas one year but I don't count that. The keys were all numbered and the song books were too, so that was pretty easy to play. My two oldest sons play the guitar though. Billy mostly taught himself but Jesse did take lessons for awhile and still plays quite a bit. He has several guitars now and is pretty good.

Back to the trombone. It's almost as tall as Josh is but he's really enjoying it so far. I hope he keeps at it.

  He's a pretty smart kid and catches on to things pretty fast so it won't surprise me if he picks right up on it. He's mostly a outdoor kind of kid that likes to go fishing and hunting for frogs and crawfish lol. I guess they caught a snake the other day and his dad wouldn't even touch it but Josh picked it up and they got pictures of him holding it. When she gets them to me I'll put them in here. There isn't too much that scares him.

The girls had fun last night. They didn't get here until after 4 so we didn't start too many projects last night. We went for a walk and they played at the playground for awhile. There was a little boy at the playground who is way too friendly. He's probably about 4 and he kept asking me to push him in the swing and of course I did. But then they wanted to go slide and he wanted to hold my hand on the way over there. When I told the girls it was time to leave we said good-bye to the kids there and started to leave. All of a sudden this little guy runs up to me and through his arms around me and gave me a big hug. I thought that was sweet and cute but scary too. Some one other then me who has other intentions could have scooped him up with ease and taken him away. I don't know where his parents were as I was the only adult there. His mom might have been across the street that is right by the park so she might not have been too far away. Still though as cute as this little guy is he is way to friendly to strangers.

After our walk and the girls were settling down for the night Devan wanted to play a game on the computer so I got that going for her. But you'll never guess what Bri wanted to do. She wanted to watch the Ace of Cakes and Iron Chef on the food network lol. She said those are her favorite shows. She said she always watches the cooking shows and she also like Rachael Ray lol. Who knows, maybe she'll be a chef someday.

Well the girls are finally awake so I better get them some breakfast. We will probably be making cookies later and I told them I would take some pics of them and let them scrap them if they wanted to later. We will see.

We're having a baby tomorrow!!!! So you won't hear from me again until I have pictures to show you!!!!!

Good morning! I hope you all had a good night and are up and at'em and happy today. I slept so good last night and woke up feeling refreshed and raring to go. It was perfect sleeping weather, the temps got down to 58 and I loved it. It's pretty unusual for this time of year to get down that low but I'm not complaining. It's usually hot and humid by now, even at night time. 

Since I'm having the girls overnight tonight I knew I would miss thirsty Thursday so I went out last night lol. I called my sisters and all but Terry was going to be there so we just switched nights lol. It's always so fun and relaxing to sit and have some girl talk. I was home by 7 though, can't miss Big Brother lol.

I am going to get my paint tonight for sure. My nephew Trent works at the paint store and when I was there the other day getting samples I was talking to him. His boss asked him who I was and when he told him I was his Aunt he told Trent that he could give me a discount. So Jodi told me last night to go tonight when Trent works again to get my paint. He said the paint is on sale and he can give me his discount on top of that. What a deal eh! Now I'm all excited.

I can't wait until the girls get here. It seems like it's been so long since the last time they stayed. I know we'll have fun and lots of laughs together. Of course we always make cookies when they are here. Speaking of that, I better go check my cupboards and make sure I have everything I need. Maybe we'll do some scrapping to. Heaven knows I have all kinds of pictures for them to pick from.

It looks like baby will be here Saturday as mom isn't having any real contractions yet. And you can bet the minute I get home I will be on here bragging and posting pictures lol.

Ok, I better go check my cupboards for cookie ingrediants.

I didn't get my paint yesterday, I just couldn't decide on a color so I brought home some samples and will study them and get opinions lol. I know what everyone will say...It's your room, paint it any color you want. I was thinking of a light gray but then I liked a light mauve, then I liked a light yellow. Oh dear what to do lol. Someone PLEASE tell me what color to get!!!

Thursday I'm going to have my girls spend the night. They've been asking and asking but with the flood and water situation we had to put it off. Now that things are pretty much back to normal they can stay. I called them last night to tell them and they were pretty excited. Devan let out a scream that I think they could have heard it at the space station lol. Well actually Bri doesn't know yet because I called them first but didn't want Jesse to tell her in case Devan couldn't stay. I wasn't sure if she'd want to leave her mom with the baby coming and all. I didn't want to tell Bri and get her disappointed. So I will call again tonight and tell her. I'm looking forward to it myself. I've been wanting to have them and planned on it sooner but things just didn't work out that way. I'll have the boys one day next week.

Well I better get to get'n. So have a good day ya hear!

If my daughter hasn't had the baby by Saturday they are going to induce. And she is so ready! Well so are we all lol. The doctor took measurements and she figures he's close to 8 pounds.

I'M SO EXCITED!!!

I think the neighbor up the road got the message. The hose he was using is off and our yard is dry again.  I talked to an attorney and found out that there is a nuisance law and he said if he is damaging our property we could take him to court. I printed out the description of what constitutes a nuisance and what he was doing fit.   So at least for now we are high and dry again.

Bill just left to take my car in to get the window fixed AGAIN!!! I sure hope this is the last time. I think we might have a few hundred dollars or so in that stupid window lol.

It's going to be a great day here weather wise. Temps in the 70's and LOW humidity. I didn't go get the paint for the walls yesterday like I planned but I think I will today for sure. Today and tomorrow will be great days to get it done. The other day when it was so hot you should have seen  how red my face was by the time I got done lol., I looked like I had a really bad sunburn. But the ceiling is done and behind me and that's a good feeling.

Well, that's about all the news I have today.

Remember when I was working in the spare room and knocked all the plaster off the wall? Well I hadn't done any more in there since then. What with everything that went on with the flood and such I didn't get around to it. I was going to buy paneling but really couldn't find anything I liked that I was on sale, and the stuff I did like wasn't on sale. Doesn't that just figure. Anyway, my brother-in-law use to hang dry wall for a living before he retired but still does jobs on the side, so he said he would hang dry wall for me up there. He couldn't do it then because they had their grandchildren there for a couple weeks, So hopefully one day this week him and Bill will go buy the dry wall and get started on it. I thought before they get at it it would be a good idea to paint the ceiling so that's what I did yesterday. The highest part of the ceiling is so high that  I had to use an extension I have to put on the roller even with the ladder.

I should have waited until today to do it because it's cooler and less humid. I had 3 fans going but I still had sweat running down my face and into my eyes lol. I was a mess by the time I got done. I did start it early in the morning but didn't get finished with it until 2 in the afternoon. Let me tell you, climbing up and down a ladder makes for a sore body lol. When I was done and took a shower and sat down, getting back up again was not an easy task. My back and legs were aching so bad that I could hardly move. Then on top of that I kept getting a charley horse in my legs on and off during the night. Why is it that if you keep going you don't feel it so much but the minute you sit down it hits you. I could hardly walk after I rested a bit and then tried to get up again. Once I start something I won't stop until its finished, I think that's why I procrastinate so bad lol. This old girl is not use to hard labor lol.

With that said...I'm going to do it again later today or tomorrow after I go buy paint for the walls. I figure I can get all the walls painted then when the drywall is up and done that will be the last thing I need to do. I should go to the laundromat today too come to think of it.

Looks like rain and thunder storms are on the way. It's dark, cloudy and gloomy outside. Can everyone say RAIN, RAIN, GO  AWAY together for me. Probably a good day to paint huh lol. Oh, and a good day for letter writing and calling to see what can be done about the neighbor .

Morning all. Didn't do much yesterday and probably not doing much today either, so as a result...I don't have much to talk about lol.

Hi Everyone! I have some good news about my daughter's mother-in-law. It seems the bleeding in her head has stopped so they won't need to do surgery. The doctors said that it will absorb into her system and since it isn't bleeding anymore she shouldn't have anymore problems. She did however have a minor stroke. It hasn't seemed to affect her speech or anything as of now so that's good too. They will be bringing her back to the nursing home some time today. Jon's sister is here from Colorado so she will be a big help with their mom. I want to thank all of you for your prayers and good wishes...they worked.

I put my daughter's and my pictures of our circle journals in the album above. Everyone did an amazing job and I love my book! It sure was a lot of fun doing them. Thanks Beth for the idea.

I'm so happy!!! The water in our yard is finally gone. Only because a town official brought a fire hose and hooked it up to our neighbors house and ran it across the road where it will go through the culverts and down to the river. We have asked the owner of the house to do that weeks ago but he didn't, he said he didn't know what to do. The neighbor lady next door was pretty discuss ted with him because she couldn't even get to her mailbox without wading through water. It would go across her driveway and into our yard but now it's fixed...yay! I feel bad for him though, we heard he just lost his job. They have 3 little kids and just bought that house a couple of years ago. So I wish him luck!!!

How ironic that the water is finally out of our yard but it's suppose to storm today and tomorrow lol. I guess we are just meant to stay wet lol. We are still pumping water out of the basement because the ground water level is still so high. The pumps, we have two running, are keeping up with the water so that we don't have to wade through it but it keeps the floor wet. I'm beginning to wonder how long this will go on. If it keeps raining two or three times a week like it has been all summer long it will be awhile before the water level gets down where it should be. I still have hoses going through my kitchen and out the window and I'm getting pretty tired of looking at them and trying to work around them. Hopefully now that the neighbor up the street is pumping across the road instead of in our yard it will take care of the problem. I think we were just pumping out his water.

Hi and happy Thursday!

Remember back when I talked about my daughter's mother-in-law and how sick she was. that we thought she might not make it. Well, she's been in a nursing home since then and now she's back in the hospital again. She fell out of bed Tuesday and now she has bleeding in her head. They transported her to Madison to the University Hospital. They are hoping the bleeding stops because they don't know if she could live through the surgery. I feel so bad for Jon, he doesn't know which direction to turn. He's worried about his mom of course and feels he should be with her, but my daughter is expecting a baby any minute now and they live an hour from the hospital so he's afraid to leave her too. And we live at least 20 minutes from them. So if she did go into labor and he was gone it would take us awhile to get there and then another hour to get her to the hospital. This is baby #3 so he could come faster the the other two did and I sure don't want to deliver my grandson so I hope Jon is home when she goes into labor and can get her there. Jon's sister is coming in from Colorado so that will take some of the stress off of him.

Hey, do you want to chat lol. I was messing around on the web and I found where you can make a chat room and invite others to it. It's just your chat room and only those you tell can get in lol. It might be fun to pick a day and time once to see how it works lol. It would be hard though with every living in different time zones. I didn't know there was anything out there like that. It would be nice for families though where they could all gather and visit all at the same time. It's called Chatmaker.net of you want to make your own.

Ok, I need to get busy around here. Floors need scrubbing and vacuuming. should wash windows too but it's suppose to rain again. I know, I know, that doesn't mean I can't do the inside of them lol. I don't know, I might and I might not lol. Then later of course it will be time for thirsty Thursday with the girls. It's hard to pass that up eh!

8, Traveling is my utmost favorite thing to do and have been fortunate to do quite a bit of it. I've been to over half of the states. We have a big beautiful country and I want to see all of it!!!

Ok, this is all I can come up with lol. I over slept this morning and my brain isn't functioning to it's fullest capacity yet lol.

Today was great fun. Terry and I met Cindy at Fuddruckers for lunch. It was so nice to get out of the house and just have some fun. Thank you so much Cindy for  suggesting this. With all that's been going on I was starting to feel a little down and this is just what I needed. I have to tell you guys that Cindy is one of the sweetest, nicest ladies you will ever meet. Isn't she Terry?

If you've never been to Fuddruckers or don't have one around you they decorate in movie stars and famous people. So of course we had to have pics taken in front of them. Me being the clown that I am and love John Belushi I had to have one of him too lol. But Elvis is my very favorite of them all!!!

This was fun and we already talked about doing it again. So whenever you're ready Cindy just give me a shout.!

Now my car window doesn't work. I went to the grocery store yesterday and put the window down on the way home and now it won't go back up. I bet I've had that window fixed at least 4 times. Actually both of them has been fixed a number of times. Not only that the AC doesn't work very well either. Ok, it's a old car, 92 Buick Skylark, but I love that car and will hate to see it go to car heaven. I've had it since it was 6 years old, besides I don't want another car payment so I will drive this one until it won't go anymore lol. Bill will take it to the kid who has always fixed it later on. That kid will die when he sees him come in again with my car. It's not his fault, its the way they designed it.

Oh, I forgot to tell you. Terry brought me home a Cinderella pin from Disney. Wasn't that sweet? I wanted Cinderella because I'm a princess lol, aren't I queen lol.

My daughter has a doc appointment today. She's been having light pains all week so we'll see what the doc has to say about that. I told her last night that this little guy is going to have to get a little swat for making her so miserable for so long. But in reality she isn't even due yet and we want a healthy happy baby. so he can come when he's darn good and ready.

Ok, guess that's it for now. We will surely talk about all of you at lunch today. Won't we Cindy and Terry lol. So if your ears are ringing, not if your nose itches (right Beth lol), you'll know why.

I could have written this hours ago as I've been wide awake since 3. I thought I heard the phone ring, so thinking it was my daughter calling to say she was on the way to the hospital I jumped up and ran to get the phone. I must have been dreaming because the phone wasn't ringing. I checked the caller ID thinking that maybe she hung up, but no she hadn't called. So now I'm wide awake and it's only 3 o'clock. I thought about turning on the PC and looking to see if any of you are up but I didn't want to disturb you in case you were asleep hehehe. Instead I turned on the TV and watched the Pillsbury cook off contest that I'd recorded earlier and Gene Simmons Family Jewels lol. I have a feeling I'll be taking a nap later on.

I guess I'll go to the grocery store today too sometime. I'm scared though from reading all of your blogs saying how high food has gone up. It's probably been a couple of months since I went last so I have no idea what surprises are in store for me. We'd be rich if we didn't have to eat wouldn't we.

Did I tell you that we had to turn off our hot water heater the other day when the power went off and the basement flooded again. The water got up to the burners so we had to shut it down. Well we put a fan down there to help dry it out and waited a couple days. I called Terry's husband to see if he would come over and light it again as Bill wasn't sure how to do it and Jack does stuff like that all the time. I was worried that it was shot and we'd have to get a new one. Do you know how hard it is to go without hot water? I was about ready to go rent a hotel room just so I could take a shower lol. I can go days without doing dishes or boil water to do them in but I can't go more then a day without a shower. Just thinking about it made me feel yucky lol. Of course I could have gone to any of my kids homes, or to my sisters too which is a lot cheaper lol. And believe me I would have too. But it lit and I had hot water again in a couple of hours and I was a happy girl again.

Well since I'm up bright and early I might as well get in my nice hot shower and go to the dreaded grocery store. First I think I might check to see if I can get some coupons off the net and save a few pennies. Every little bit helps right!?

I feel much better tonight then I did this morning! Our cousins are here visiting from Florida and we met them tonight for dinner and had so much fun. At one time we all lived in the same neighborhood and grew up together, but these cousins moved to Florida and tries to get home at least once a year. Their sister Cindy is the only one who stayed here and the other 4 all moved down there. Sadly two of them have passed now but these 3 stay as close as then can living so far apart. We always have tons of fun when we get together. We met at a little place that was their favorite when they lived here and the same man still owns it and knows them very well. When we got there and we told him who we were waiting for he told us that he only allows 2 in at a time from this family lol. Would you say we have a reputation lol. And once more we try to live up to it the best we can. We're meeting them again in the morning for breakfast. We love to talk and laugh and sometimes we are all talking at the same time lol. But that's what you do when you haven't seen each other for awhile.  I took all kinds of pictures and will put them in the album. 

Things are starting to happen with the baby. My daughter is starting to have light labor and has had some showing. So hopefully it will be in the next day or so. I know I'm not going to wander too far away from home. I called her before I left tonight to let her know where I was going to be and that I'd have my cell phone on. I sat that baby right on the table in front of me so I could hear it if it rang. It's just starting to get real humid here so I hope she has him before it gets really bad. I'm pretty sure she will though from the sounds of things. If I have time when she goes to the hospital I will jump on here real quick and say the stork is one the way lol. Maybe I'll have it all ready and save it in live writer so all I'll have to do is hit publish lol.

Ok, I'm tired so I'm calling it a night. Here's hoping that all of you have a really fun weekend too! I am, despite the stupid water surrounding me.
